  • Brain fog is characterized by confusion, forgetfulness, and a lack of focus and mental clarity. This can be caused by Old Age, overworking, lack of sleep, stress, and spending too much time on the computer.
  • Brain fog can be a symptom of a nutrient deficiency, sleep disorder, bacterial overgrowth from overconsumption of sugar, depression, or even a thyroid condition.
  • As per the new study changes in the gene activity in the brain of people with severe COVID-19 were found to be similar to that seen in old age neurological conditions such as ‘brain fog’.
